Welcome to TravelAllHub, a travel planning and experience sharing platform provided by TravelAllHub ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

TravelAllHub provides travel planning services, user-generated travel guides, sample itineraries, and booking facilitation for flights, accommodations, tours, local experiences, and related offerings.

2. User Obligations

You agree to use the platform lawfully, supply accurate information, and respect the rights of others. Misuse of content or submitting fraudulent data may result in account suspension.

3. Bookings and Service Terms

Reservations made through TravelAllHub are subject to third-party partner policies. We assist with bookings but are not always the service provider. Confirmations and tickets may be issued by our partners.

4. Information Products

We offer digital guides, e-books, and downloadable resources ("Information Products") for self-guided travel planning.

5. Goods

Travel-related merchandise ("Goods") may be available for purchase through our marketplace.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in CAD. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase or booking using the methods displayed on the site.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

You may request a refund or reschedule a service at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days. For certain last-minute bookings and custom itineraries that involve non-refundable third-party arrangements, we offer no refunds due to supplier commitments.

7.2 Information Products

We provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

7.3 Goods

Goods may be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive the sent-back Goods, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged.

8. Non-Refundable Services

Certain promotional packages and exclusive third-party experiences are non-refundable. These terms are highlighted at booking due to immediate commitments with our suppliers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on TravelAllHub are owned by or licensed to TravelAllHub. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

TravelAllHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service or product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
